Biggest Loser Week 2

This week was very bad! Not only did I not watch what I ate, I didn't workout at all.

Hey lady how do you expect to lose weight if you don't do those things.

I know and I don't have any good excuse because excuses are like butts everyone has them but they all stink. (my coach use to tell us that all the time). This week I will tell you my highs and lows.

Starting with my lows:
~Didn't eat healthy
~Didn't work out
~Found out our apartment won't be ready until the beginning of February and they won't know the exact date until January 25 (we have to be out of this house because the owner wants to move in January 22) So we will be in limbo for a couple of weeks.

The Highs:
~I signed my 4 year old up for Tball Saturday! It will be his first year and I am sooooo excited (he is too)
~I won the Sweaty Band Giveaway! Thank you so much!!!!! I can't wait to rock it.
~I got a new toy! I can't wait to try it out this week.

~After all that negative.....I lost a pound even though I didn't do anything. Just imagine if I get off my lazy ass and move.

Week 1
Starting Weight: 210
Goal Weight: 150 (I know it is not realistic to reach by the end of this challenge but it's my over all goal)
Weekly Goal: 2lbs a week
Pants Size: I'm a 16/18 depending on the brand. mostly 16s.
Pant goal: Single digits!

Week 2
Weight: 209
Pant Size: I'm the same. 16/18

Goals for this week
*Watch my portions
*Get at least 3 work outs in (does moving count? lol)

On a silly note!

My husband says this is me.

I say this is him! lol

  7. Coming by from the blog challenge. Look here, don't be so down on yourself, you STILL lost 1 lb & that's one lb GONE!! That's one lb closer to your goal and not being stagnant or worse, gaining a lb. So just get yourself back on track & keep moving forward. Btw, do you track using My Fitness Pal or anything like that? If not I highly recommend it. I love that site & it has an app that I have on my phone to track my calories. Of course if you're not tracking calories then just ignore that :) Keep it up girl, you can do it!

    1. Your right a pound is a pound! I do have the app but my favorite is a site I lost my weight on before. Its called sparkpeople.com. Its just like myspace or facebook but no drama. I'm guilty and haven't been on in a long time. It also tracks calories and fitness. Thanks for stopping by. I love to hear from people.

    1. Thanks for stopping by! I am wearing the Polar heart rate monitor FT4. I need something to push me and since I'm competitive even with myself I think this will help push a little more each day.

  10. Congratulations on your loss. A loss is a loss.

Awwww... I remember the t-ball days. My youngest is now on a hand-picked travelling baseball team. They play almost every weekend starting in early February and continuing until October. They are a really talented group of boys - they even won their World Series this past summer. We love it, but travelling so much can be challenging when you're trying to diet and exercise. Thankfully, one of the mom's is a D1 instructor. So, I can work out with her.

Remember, we all struggle at some point or another, just don't get discouraged. Keep up the good work!
